Binu Jacob

Binu Jacob feels a strong conviction about serving in Children’s Ministry. For the past 4 years Binu has been serving with 5th and 6th graders at Manhasset. “It's an opportunity that God has granted me to help lay a strong foundation in their young lives, a foundation based on Biblical values essential for these children to be impactful for His kingdom.” He and his wife of 16 years, Staney, have 2 boys of their own, Kevin (11) and Eli (8), who they pour into spiritually so they can be world-changers for Jesus. Not only has this dad worked in retail for the last 18 years, he is also a daredevil at heart and has skydived over Hoover Dam. Binu, thank you for being a part of possibly changing the course of these young lives by encouraging them to pursue Jesus.

Staney Jacob

You would think that after teaching kids all week Staney Jacob would want a break from teaching on the weekends but this elementary teacher has such a far reaching heart for children that she has served in Children’s Ministry as a large group teacher for the past 5 years in Manhasset. She believes children are important to the future and the foundation of the church. She has also been a part of the choir since its genesis and is blessed to serve through song. Staney and her husband, Binu, have two boys, Kevin (11) and Eli (8) and have been SRC attendees for 11 years. You may not know this, but this 6th grade teacher is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do! Thank you, Staney, for pouring truth into our children through teaching!
